In school I was a three sport athlete. I ran Cross Country, played basketball and baseball.
I still try to be as active as possible. Every year, since 2012, I run 2-3 Spartan Races, run a few 5K races and compete in the IPA, (Powerlifting). I hold a few CT State records in two different divisions.
What can you expect from a typical training session with me?
In each session I combine; cardio, strength and core exercises. I take pieces from each training certification and blend them into one fun and challenging workout!

If you're training for a race or competition, I can help! I've played baseball, basketball and ran
cross country. Currently I am in the IPA Powerlifting circuit and run 2-3 Spartan Races every Summer, since 2012.I have helped numerous candidates train for and pass their CT CHIP Test.
